Authority Lane ("we," "us") provides independent DOT and MC authority filing assistance. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, phone number, email address, home base state, operation type, selected package, and any notes you add. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, referring source) through normal website analytics and advertising tools.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the FMCSA and other government bodies only as required to complete the filings you've requested, and with service providers (such as our form and hosting infrastructure) who help us operate this site under confidentiality obligations.
We retain intake form submissions for as long as needed to complete your filing and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and compliance support, after which we delete or anonymize the data.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. If you submitted our form but haven't engaged our service, you can request removal at any time.
